Please note that the APAN Delegates may apply 6 Weeks in advance of the APAN58.

Processing time:

The Visa Processing time is as under,

  • 7-10 Days (Working days – First Time Entry)
  • 7-10 Days (Working days – Visa Extension)
  • 4 Weeks (Working days – First Time Entry/Visa Extension) (For Afghanistan and Somalia Passport Holders)

Duration and Validity:

The duration and validity of the visa is subject to the duration of the event.

Visa Fees

The payment of Fee is integrated with the application – Applicant can pay via a Master Card or Visa card. Applicant can also calculate the fee against the application submitted by using the Fee Calculator available on the website.

Visa Grant Notice

Once the application of the applicant is approved then the applicant receives the following travel document generated via the Pakistan Online Visa System using which the applicant can travel to Pakistan:

Arrival Procedures

All arriving international passengers are required to have valid traveling documents including their passport, visa (if applicable) and disembarkation form (completed in all respect) for immigration. These forms are handed over to the passengers on board and also available at the airport. Passengers are advised to complete the forms while on board to expedite their clearance process.

A person entering Pakistan for the purpose of entry, must hold a valid passport and visa from the country of his origin to Pakistan, the letter being issued at Pakistan Consulates abroad. Disembarkation cards are also required from such persons.
